摘要：
教育是一种传播行为，教育传播手段的更新直接影响着教育方式的变革。现代信息技术以其先进快捷的传播手段实现了教育方式的革命性跃进，现代教育技术的应用已成为高等学校走向现代化的凭借与标志。与之相适应，大学教育观念也将得到全面的更新。
Abstract：
Education is kind of diffusion of learning,so the renewal of the techniques of diffusion has a direct bearing on approaches of education. With the development of modern information techniques,education has made a great headway. The modern techniues of education have become a landmark as well as means of the modernization of institutions of higher learning,in conformity to which the concept of higher education should be renewed.
