大学英语听说课调查与分析

An empirical study of English listening and speaking

摘要:

随着中外交流日益扩大,英语听说技能已日益突显出其重要地位。教育部新近推出的《大学英语课程教学要求(试行)》也着重强调培养学生的听说技能。为此,我们在大学二、三年级学生中,针对学生听说水平的现状、存在的问题以及对听说课的认知,采用问卷调查及深度访谈的形式进行了深入系统的调查,用SPSS软件进行了数据统计和分析,并提出相应的建议,以期对大学英语听说课程的改进有所帮助。

Abstract:

With China's entry into the WTO and the increasing prevalence of the international cultural exchanges, the training on listening and speaking skills is getting more important in College English teaching. This paper is an empirical study of developing those skills. The subjects are sophomores and the third - year undergraduate students, and the survey instruments include a questionnaire and interviews. Particular attention is given to the recognition of listening and speaking as means of learning English, the present pattern of classroom experiences, and the problems of the environment - related construction. The report uses SPSS to analyze the statistics and puts forward some suggestions that are expected to be contributing factors in the improvement of College English teaching in Hebei Normal University.
