The three capabilities for the undergraduate students

摘要：
如何适应当前异常严峻的就业形势,确保在激烈的就业市场竞争中拥有一席之地是摆在大学生面前最实际也是毕业后所面对的一切问题中的关键。当前大学生最需要的是自主学习能力、创新能力以及团队合作的精神,这三种能力是提高自身素质的根本,是成功就业的法宝。
Abstract：
As Chinese manpower market becomes increasingly tough with more supply than demand since 2002, the undergraduate over-enrollments has made the situation even worse. In order to adapt to the new job market and secure their positions, undergraduates are faced with great competitions. So the writer of the paper argues for autodidactic learning, creativity, and team spirit as the prerequisites for the undergraduates.
