The system of instructions and administration in Chinese academies
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
书院是中国独特的一种教育制度,它和官学、私学鼎足而三,不仅支撑着中国古代社会的教育事业,也是通往近代教育的桥梁。书院的教学制度、考试制度和奖惩制度,种类多样、规章详备,并且随着时代的发展而变化,对于现在的教学管理制度也有不少可借鉴之处。
Abstract：
The academies that enforces a special educational system, the officiallearning institutions, and the private schools serve as a trilogy of the educational cause in old China. The systems performed in the academies of instructions, examinations, rewards, penalties, and other regulations keep on being updated over the time. Therefore, the writer of this paper claims that these academies have great influences upon the system of instructions and administrations.
