A tentative study of the social properties and practical mode of the quality education

摘要:

不断地把社会特征及需求转化为人的素质,同时又把人的素质转化为社会功能是素质教育的根本目标。素质教育的基本模式应当是着眼于世界发展,立足于本国国情,本着共性素质和个性素质相结合、决策调控素质和技能素质培养并举的原则,采取知识教育素质化、素质教育创新化的途径实施。

Abstract:

And the merging of the social need and individual need leads to the point of the personal quality, which, in turn, refers to an integrity of multi-dimensional composites such as public and individual, policy-making and technical competence qualities. The fundamental educational objectives are to turn the social needs to individual needs, and vice versa. Likewise, the mode of quality education should base on the developmental perspective, national practicality, and manipulation of the complex composites of qualities.
