摘要：
在现代远程教育领域,随着远程开放教育的快速发展,教育质量问题正成为目前备受关注的热点和难点问题之一。从远程教育的质量观出发,阐述远程教育质量体系,远程教育质量保证的含义和作用,对探索远程教育质量保证的实现途径将颇有益处。
Abstract：
With the rapid progress of modern distant education, the quality of education has become one of the most concerned questions. So the paper is intended to give a detailed account of the quality system for the sake of the qualified distant education.
