With the rapid progress of military situation and the increasing expansion of the revolutionary base the Chinese Communist Party realizes the importance and necessity of performing the leadership education during the anti-Japanese war. Quite a series of measures have been taken to enable the education to be carried out so that the massive leaders have been cultivated and their qualifications greatly improved. Looking back at those days, we may find that the leadership education then enjoys such features as: the Party's attention serving as the condition, flexibility of teaching methodology as the basis, and theory combined with practice as the basic principle.
