摘要：
宋代科技人才辈出,科技成果大放异彩,这一切都缘于当时有一个宽松的文教政策、完善的科技教育体制和制度化、规范化的管理模式,其许多成功的经验对当前“科教兴国”战略的实施具有重要的借鉴意义。
Abstract：
Scholars prosper in the Song Dynasty , and so do their achievements. All this is owing to thecurrent comfortable policy , optimized educational system and standardized management model , some ofwhich may as well be significant to the present - day education - orientated national strategies.
