摘要：
我国高校学分制的实施是一项系统工程,受到各方面因素的制约,对这些制约学分制实施的因素进行分析,进而提出相应的改革对策,对于进一步发展和完善我国高校学分制有着重要的现实意义。
Abstract：
To implement the credit system in Chinese universities is a systematic project.So the paper studies the affecting factors,and proposes strategies to help with the credit system throughout Chinese universities.
