On the construction of the teaching staff in relation to Mathematics Methodology
摘要/Abstract
“数学教学论”是体现数学教师教育的必修课。然而,其师资队伍却存在着年龄和职称结构不够合理,学历层次偏低,硕士、博士等高级专门人才短缺,任课教师知识结构不完善等问题。部分领导的教师教育观念淡薄,高级专门人才培养机制不发达,学校内部缺少相关学术和教学研究机构,缺乏应有的管理机制等,是造成师资现状不理想的主要原因。营造教师教育专业化的大环境,提高任课教师对课程的认识,焕发教师自我完善的自觉性,建立相关学术和教学研究机构,广开学习渠道,建立并落实各项管理机制是提高任课教师整体水平的对策。
Mathematics Methodology is a compulsory course of mathematics pedagogy.However the teachers currently cannot meet the requirements regarding the patterns of their age,educational backgrounds and values due to reasons ranging from inefficient training mechanisms,inaccessibility to academic institutions or workshops to the lack of management mechanisms.So the paper argues for the improvement of the teaching facilities and the awareness of the relevant subject.
