An analytical study of the status of university teachers
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
透过职业社会学和知识社会学的视角,以已有的实证研究材料为基础,对高等学校教师的地位进行较全面系统地考察和分析,从而对高校教师的社会地位和学术地位状况作出了初步评价,并揭示了高校教师学术地位分化的深层原因和形成机制。同时,也为高校教师地位研究提供了一个基本的分析模式。
Abstract：
Out of the perspectives of vocational sociology and knowledge sociology,the writers of this paper base on their empirical data and perform a systematic study of the status of university teachers.The study analyses and assesses the social and academic status of them,the in-depth causes of their academic disparity,and thus provides with a basic model for the related studies.
