On the grouping trends of the vocational education
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
职业教育集团是以各方利益一致为基础,以行业(专业)、地域或原有的建制为纽带,联合学校、企业和其他社会团体共同参与举办职业教育的一类教育集团。按照集团组成成员之间的联合方式和目标定位的差异可以将现有的职业教育集团分成结构型、专业型、区域型和混合型四种类型。目前,发展职教集团应重点建立有效的政府引导机制、新型的产教结合纽带以及提高集团轴心的统筹协调功能和集团组成各方的自我发展能力。
Abstract：
The basis of the vocational education groups is the interests of all the parts involved in different professions,regions,systems,co-sponsored schools,companies or social entities.Accordingly these groups may be divided into,by nature,typological,professional,regional and combinational categories.Furthermore the writer claims that joint efforts should be made with the governmental leadership,new business-school corporation,and group coordination to build up healthy groups.
