A case study of the living of the teaching staff in a borderline village high school
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
存在决定人的观念,观念决定人的行为。即使在一个急剧变化的环境里,一直作为国家或者“现代性”象征的学校,其教师既属于可能是一个小范围的被围墙圈起来的学校,在更大范围内又属于这个世代居住的乡村社会。对于地方社会中的学校成员来说,他们归属于社区(村庄)的观念要比他们归属于国家的观念更强。
Abstract：
The writer has performed a case study of a township high school regarding the changes of borderlines,living,differentiating and floating of the staff.Schools as a symbolic of modernization may serve as a small enclosure,or as a rural society,i.e.inseparable belongs for the teachers,who believe to pertain to the rural community more than the country.
