摘要/Abstract
摘要：
台湾10年教育改革中出现的一些问题,如:“九年一贯制”造成混乱、“一纲多本”带来诸多问题、“多元入学”加重了学生负担、“广设大学”导致教育质量严重下降等。造成这些问题原因在于:“台独”思想及其引发的争议是戕害教育改革的根本原因;政治斗争侵入教育是教改失败的主要原因;“外行领导内行”对教改失败起到了推波助澜的作用;冒进行为严重影响了教改措施的深入实施。因此,台湾教育改革应回归专业领导,消除政治对教育的干扰,因地制宜,不盲目照搬国外经验。
Abstract：
The problems faced in the 10-year educational reforms in Taiwan are the chaotic 9-year system,contradictory educational program,burdensome admissions,and the worsening university qualities.These problems are mainly due to Taiwan independence ideology,political interferences,the lay leadership,and rash policies.The authors,therefore,propose the new strategies to Taiwan educational reforms.
