摘要：
随着高校改革的深入,对领导干部的素质、修养和作风提出了前所未有的新课题。作为高校发展中坚力量的领导干部,提高非职权性影响力的问题,是增强党的执政能力的重要方面;而提高高校领导干部非职权性影响力的原动力还来自于其自身素质。
Abstract：
With the educational reforms in universities,the leadership are faced with the unprecedented issues such as qualifications,education and working styles.So,the improvement of the non-power influences of the leadership is crucial to the administrational competence of universities.
