On the government's essential role in perspective of the educational resource management
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
教育经费短缺问题至今仍然是制约我国教育发展的根本问题。要解决这一问题,除了要继续坚持多元化、多渠道筹措教育经费外,关键是政府应在教育资源配置中起基础性作用。政府在教育资源配置中起基础性作用是由教育产品的性质及各级政府的教育责任所决定的,但这并不否定市场机制对教育的作用。
Abstract：
The insufficient educational funding has been a crucial issue that hinders Chinese educational development.So the writer argues for the essential role of the government in the educational resources management,and the diversified fundings.This paper illustrates with an analysis of the nature of educational products and the responsibility of the governments in the marketing mechanisms for the sake of the education.
