Value of moral as a system
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
制度作为一种文化现象,因内含一定时代的伦理精神而关照着人的生存与发展,建构着人的价值世界,并通过昭示一定的伦理要求或默示某种价值准则而影响着人们的道德养成,由此,制度伦理从而成为德育的环境支持。制度对德育的价值资源从一定社会制度、学校制度和学校德育制度来获取。
Abstract：
System may be a cultural phenomenon with certain spirit of moral, conducting the human existence and growth, constructing a world of moral, and helping withmoral criteria for a people. Hence, the system of moral is defined as the circumstantial support of norms, so that there have evolved the social system, educational system and moral system.
