摘要/Abstract
摘要：
大学生作为我国宝贵的人才资源,一直受到社会的广泛关注。随着经济全球化和社会化进程的加快,用人单位对大学生的要求也越来越高,除了对大学生知识和技能的要求之外,更为重要的是加强了在思想道德素质方面的要求,而大学生的思想道德现状与用人单位对其综合素质尤其是思想道德素质方面的要求存在一些差距。提高大学生的思想道德素质,是社会发展的必然要求。
Abstract：
It is known that the college undergraduates attract the social attention as human resources. With the speedy globalization and socialization of the world economy, the standards that employers claim have become increasingly high concerning their technical skills and morals. So it is concluded in the paper that college students need to improve their morals in order to meet the social demand.
