摘要：
小组合作学习是当前小学课程改革中普遍被采用的一种教学方式。小组合作学习的成效依赖于学生自我管理,而小组合作学习中又潜藏着培养学生自我管理能力的契机。研究如何在小组合作学习中培养学生自我反思意识、自我管理意识、自我管理意志,进而培养学生自我管理行为,不仅能促进学生的学习成效,而且能培养学生的个性品质。
Abstract：
Cooperative learning group is a popular teaching method in elementaryschools.As the effect of cooperative learning group lies in the self management,there is also an initiative to cultivate the self management of the group members.Therefore it is meaningful for teachers to help students to develop,in their cooperative learning groups,the sense and will of self discipline,and self management,so as to make great achievements,and to form their individual virtues.
