摘要/Abstract
摘要：
实施素质教育,就是全面贯彻党的教育方针,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,造就德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。高校教育必须坚持以人为本,充分调动广大师生的积极性,积极探索各种有效途径和方法,培养具有健全人格的高素质人才。
Abstract：
The quality-oriented education requires educators to fully implementthe Party's educational policy,cultivate the creativity of the students and educate the socialist builders and successors with an all-round development of morality,intelligence,physics and arts.Likewise,higher education should base on the students-centered concept,stimulate the enthusiasms,and foster a highly-qualified talents of good morals.
