On the legal adaptation of private educational contract: contract·relief·legal model
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
民办教育合同是民法合同的一种,但他具有其他民事合同所不具备的特殊属性。民办教育合同缔约从发布招生信息、学生报考、学校招生录取、发放录取通知书到学生入学报到四个阶段都存在法律问题,针对民办教育合同中发生的欺诈行为、违约行为的法律救济问题及我国目前民办教育发展的状况提出一些建议是本文所议的核心问题。
Abstract：
As the private educational contract is different from any othercivil contract in special terms,there are legal questions in all the four stages the private educational contract involves in relation to advertising,registration,enrolment,and admission notice.This paper is intended to perform a legal discussion of the cheatings,violations in the contract,and the relief issues in the current Chinese private education.
