舒新城是中国近代教育史上富有传奇色彩的教育家,他那精深细致的教育史料整理和独特的教育实践经历,以及在近代教育思想史学科建设上的卓越贡献,不仅对当时的中国教育史研究产生了深刻影响,而且对当代教育改革和思想史研究仍不乏启迪之功。
Abstract：
Shu Xincheng is a legendary figure in the contemporary history of Chinese education.His devotion to the compilation of historical materials,his peculiar educational practices,and his remarkable contributions to the discipline of contemporary history of Chinese education,have all exerted great influences.
