摘要/Abstract
摘要：
通过对高职高专院校管理人员的问卷调查和个别访谈结果显示:高职高专院校危机管理工作取得了一定成效，但不容乐观，对此问题应有充分的认识和足够的准备，加强学校危机管理的立法工作。
Abstract：
Thewriter describes her questionnairesand interviews with directorsof vocational colleges,aiming at an investigation of commonpractices of crisis management and thedefects.The paper also provides with suggestions for directors to strengthen their abilities to manage in event of crisis.
