Curricular reforms of the vocational education in perspective of tacit knowledge
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
从默会知识论视角探讨职教课程变革具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。默会知识论的相关观点可以带给职教课程变革诸多有益的启示。借鉴默会知识分类的一般认识并根据职教的特点，对职业院校中的默会知识进行合理分类。要实现职教课程开发的知识观基础转型；促进职教课程实施中默会知识的转化和共享；加大有特色的职教潜在课程开发的力度；充分发挥技术专家作用，推进职教师资队伍建设的改革。
Abstract：
The author claims that it is significant to explore the curricular reforms of the vocational education by tacit knowledge.The cognition of the tacit knowledge and peculiarities of vocational education may help with the development and transformation of the optimized tacit knowledge in specific works of curricular reforms,and promoting incentives of the teaching staffs.
