On the demand and supply of the college graduates
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
高等学校招生规模的扩大一方面直接延缓了高中毕业生的就业,另一方面不能立即进入劳动力市场的高校毕业生也在逐年递增。社会上存在没有满足的高等教育有效需求,而一些岗位相对达到饱和。高等教育在现有规模进一步扩大的同时,应充分考虑实际社会需求对高校毕业生的要求,以期能最大限度地减少大学毕业生就业难问题。
Abstract：
With the increasing enrollment of the college students,senior high school students can put off their employment,but the college graduates can no longer punctually find jobs.It is assumed that while there is still a demand in the market,certain jobs are beyond the reach.Therefore universities are supposed to manage the increasing enrollment of students,and at the mean time,maximally help solve the employment tension.
