摘要:
作为洋务教育运动的指导思想和清末新政教育改革的价值原则,"中体西用"确保了西学知识在体制内的合法身份,客观上开启并推动了中国早期教育现代化进程,而"中学"伦理本位的坚守必然使清末学堂的德育课程设置、教科书编写和教学实践表现出浓厚的传统文化色彩。从价值深层探讨和反思清末学堂德育变革,考察分析其利弊得失,有助于更好地把握社会转型期中国学校德育发展的文化走向。
Abstract:
Chinese theory combined with the western pragmatism serves as a fundamental principle for the education during the foreign affairs campaign,which determines the legal status of the western learning in China.In contrast,however,the Chinese learning insists on the moral-based education in curricular planning,textbook compilation,and teaching practice.This reflects a strong tradition at the end of the Qing dynasty.
