Features of American public higher education institutions in the first half of the 20th century
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
20世纪初到二战前后的一段时间,是美国公立高等教育的快速成长期,也是美国公立高等教育特色的形成期。对这一阶段美国公立高等教育迅速崛起的背景与进程进行考察,分析美国公立高等教育发展过程中围绕与社会、政府、私立高等教育及中介组织的关系所形成的不同于其他国家的特色,相信对我国相关领域有借鉴意义。
Abstract：
USA experiences the growth of the public education with its special features in the first half ofthe 20thcentury. This paper is intended to offer a panoramic study of the relations between social background,government, education and relevant institutions in the US.
