A tentative study of the management of the project budget in universities
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
科研经费的使用是否合理,直接影响科研质量、科研水平和科研人员的积极性以及高校科研事业的发展。在当前科研经费的管理现状和存在问题的基础上,应积极探索加强科研经费管理工作的有效措施,进一步完善高校科研经费管理办法,提高科研经费的有效使用,从而保证高校科研工作的顺利进行。
Abstract：
Whether the management of the project budgets is reasonable directly affects the quality and level of the researches, as well as the enthusiasm of the researchers. This paper reviews the statusquo of the budget management and explores over the effective approaches to the improvements.
