摘要/Abstract
摘要：
人力资源管理专业担负着培养和造就人力资源管理人才的重任,其人才的能力如何,对于学生的就业及一生发展具有决定性的影响。进行学生能力培养,必须建立一套专业评价体系。根据人力资源管理专业对学生能力的要求,建立人力资源管理专业能力评价体系,加强人力资源管理专业学生的能力培养,既有利于人力资源管理专业学生自身的发展,也有利于促进人力资源管理专业健康发展。
Abstract：
The department of the human resource management is committed to cultivation of competence that is decisive to the employment of the graduates. There should be a complete appraisal system that satisfies the requirement of the competent students, and that favors the healthy development of the human resource management.
