Leading force as the kernel of the curricular reforms and teaching groups
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
领导力决定课程改革的成败,而校长领导课程建设的首要任务是关注课程改革的价值思想,建平中学的行动个案充分印证了这个道理。领导力也是教研组建设的核心要素,充分调动校长的行政领导力、区研训员的业务领导力、教研组组长的执行力三方面积极性,充分开发组合优势和制度优势,这是上海闵行区的经验,已经取得明显成效。
Abstract：
The leading force is decisive to the success of the curricular reforms, while the priority in construction of the leading force of the high -school headmasters centers on the values. This is the case of Jianping High School. The leading force is a kernel of construction of the teaching groups in a school, and in a district. The paper demonstrates the experiences in Minhang district in Shanghai.
