On the educational environment and the harmonious campus in Chinese universities

摘要：
创建和谐校园以师生成才为目标追求,是改善师生成才环境的重要保障。只有努力改善师生成才环境,并以此作为创建和谐校园的突破口,才能有效推进我国和谐校园的创建,切实体现教育园地对人的终极关怀,促进师生顺利成才。
Abstract：
As the construction of the harmonious campus is based on the criterion of the educational environment in favor of students and teachers, it is also a precondition. The construction of the favorable environment is a prelude to the construction of the harmonious campus whereby both teachers and students realize their academic pursuits.
