摘要：
美国高校终身教职后评审制度是对终身教职制度的一种重要补充。从新制度经济学的视角来看,这种变迁的原因是寻求利益的最大化,其变迁的方式是一种渐进性的和诱致性的变迁。
Abstract：
The evaluation of the American university tenure is a significant appendix for the tenure system. The historical change from the perspective of the new economic system is committed to a maximization of the benefit.
