摘要：
优良的个体道德养成是警察队伍建设的核心内容。但是,部分警察职业道德素质低下,道德敏感性缺失,使得警察暴力、警察犯罪、不作为等现象时有发生,这些现象折射出整个队伍的缺憾。警察院校个体道德养成教育和道德敏感性培育,是从源头育警,铸造忠诚警魂的前提。
Abstract：
The moral development of individuals is the kernal of the curricular construction in the vocational colleges of the police and public security. Likewise, the paper assumes the premise of moral education to cultivate the moral sensitivity in the police schools to counterattack the ignorance of professional moral, violence, crimes, and indifference of the police.
