摘要/Abstract
摘要：
在新形势下做好高校党建工作,应健全党的基层组织,完善工作制度,发挥组织的管理作用、监督作用和制度的约束作用;狠抓干部队伍建设,造就一支能打硬战的高素质的干部队伍,进而在工作的方式方法上进行改革和创新;通过发挥党的组织优势,推动和促进教学中心工作,为高校全面工作提供强有力的动力支持和思想保证。
Abstract：
T he construction work of the Party in universities includes completion of the Party's organ- ization, management, and monitoring in relation to the improvement of the quality of members, in particu -lar, the leaders. The purpose is to render the organization to perform its proper function in support of theteaching in schools.
