摘要：
为使学生真正掌握英语,必须让他们置身于语言的活动中去感知、分析、理解、操练,必须发挥学生的主观能动性,激发学习兴趣,为形成良好的学习动机创造条件。优化课堂教学结构,培养学生的英语运用能力是实施英语素质教育的关键。
Abstract：
In order to enable students to learn the genuine English, teachers create situations forstudents to use and understand the learning activities with the real environment. So the optimization of theclass teaching and competence -aimed cultivation play an essential role.
