摘要：
在构建社会主义和谐社会的历史时期,由于经济结构、社会结构、思想文化的变化,对思想政治教育提出了新的要求,这就需要思想政治教育要实现功能和内容的创新,以适应和谐社会的新需要。
Abstract：
The economic pattern, social structure, ideology and culture keep changing in the historical phaseof the construction of the social harmony, and so do the requirements of the ideology and political education.T hat is to say the political education needs creativity in order to meet the demand of the social harmony.
