摘要：
汉语中的"文化"、"教育"、"职业"及"劳动"等概念为人们理解它们所表征的社会历史背景提供了重要的信息,尤其是"工作"和"教育"的概念对职业教育观念影响深远。
Abstract：
The Chinese concepts of the culture , education, career , and labor help with the understanding ofthe social properties of them . Employment and education are especially influential for the vocational educationvalues. This paper performs the etymological and semantic analyses of the terms, describes the special employ-ment organization or unit in Chinese, and exemplifies the order and harmony within the context of social back-ground.
