Exploration on a cooperative study of teaching practice model through classroom observations

摘要：
为了有效提高高师院校的顶岗实习质量，培养具有教研能力的创新型人才，将指向课堂观察技能的合作研究引入顶岗实习模式，使师范生适应未来社会发展对教师的需求，是顶岗实习模式下的创新性探索。以课堂观察技术为基础，以合作行动科学研究为核心，阐述了构建师范生教学技能和合作研究能力的有效顶岗实习模式，为师范生的专业素质可持续发展提供了具体的训练方法。
Abstract：
This paper studies the quality of in-post teaching practice, creative education, and cooperative practice required for the classroom observations. Adopting classroom observation skills, the researchers emphasize that teaching practices can not serve as the only activity, but also a cooperative activity. This helps with the in-post teaching practices, and the teaching capacities and skills of the learners.
