Meditation of the teaching practice of the teachers universities
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
我国教育实习伴生于我国师范教育的成立。虽然研究者对教育实习的界定不尽相同,但都认同教育实习是师范院校的重要课程,是教师教育的重要组成部分。随着师范教育的发展,我国教育实习模式经历了仿日、仿美、仿苏、应用型等数次变革。与基地式、游击式、委托式、分散式教育实习模式相比,顶岗实习模式更能体现教育实习的特性,具有较高的价值取向。
Abstract：
The teaching practice comes into existence with the start of the Chinese teacher education. Despite its different definitions, teaching practice has been taken as an essential course in the teachers universities.This paper reviews several reforms and the development of the Chinese teaching practices by following Japanese,United States, former Soviet Union models. It is concluded that the in- post teaching practice is much weightier than the base, guerrilla, and other models ever applied.
