Probe into the liability in the case of injury to undergraduates
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
近年来校园伤害案件频频见诸各媒体之端,成为普遍关注的社会热点问题。学生在校发生伤害事故,学校是否应该承担责任?应承担多大的责任?法律并没有做出明确规定。就案件处理结果所涉及的民事责任承担问题,我国现行法律之规定与现实之间的矛盾颇为尖锐。
Abstract：
Injuries occur frequently lately in universities, thus becoming an extensively hot issue. In case of a student injured in campus, should the school take the liability ? How much liability should it take ?There is no clear stipulation in relevant laws. As of the civil liability involved in the settlement of a case,great conflicts exist between Chinese laws and actual situation. This paper is intended to provide with useful instructions for the potential cases.
