“双有效”视域下，中小学教师的角色定位及其专业素养的提升

Identities of the primary and high school teachers and their professional qualities in the context of effectiveness
摘要/Abstract
在“有效教学 有效学习”视角下，教学活动的本质是学生的学习活动，学生有无进步或发展提高是教学有没有效益的惟一指标。通过审视“有效性”在学生、教师及课堂中的不同表现，引发了我们对教学活动中师生关系的重新认识与定位，明确了“引导与服务”应是教师在教学中合理的角色定位。基于这种新型的师生关系定位，提出了教师专业素养提升的方法与途径：1.教师资源的合理配置；2.在区域范围内对教师进行有效的专业培训；3.学校内校本研修的有效开展。
Teaching activities speak for learning activities of the learners under the circumstances of effective teaching and learning. Likewise, the progress of the learners acts as the only criterion of the teaching. Observations of the differed roles of teachers and learners in the classroom lead to the identification of the teacher-learner relations. Teachers lead and serve the learners. In addition, the approaches to the improvement of teachers include rational allocation of teaching resources, effective teacher trainings, and school-based effective studies.
