On the legal method in the perspective of legal education
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
法学教育具有传输知识和提高能力的双重属性,我国当前的法学教育中在后者上有所欠缺,因此能够提高学生实践能力的法律思维应当成为法学教育中的重要内容。其具体培养途径就是引入法律方法的教学。法律方法有利于提高学生的实践理性,为法治发展储备优秀人才,具有重要的教育意义。当然,其作用的发挥会因条件限制而有些局限性,需要我们认真对待并消解。
Abstract：
Education of law enjoys dual functions of knowledge imparting and competence development. The paper claims that the competence is not observed in Chinese current education of law. Therefore, the legal conceptions aim at the development of the competence for the students of law.
