摘要：
对农村小学转岗英语教师的培训应从以下几方面入手:1.提高转岗英语教师的学历层次2.结合教学案例进行理论培训3.以理论作指导,加强实践操作4.创建网络环境,利用现代远程教育进行培训5.建立教师专业发展档案。
Abstract：
Followings are to be attended for the training of the newly transformed English teachers in rural Hebei. 1. improvement of the diplomas; 2. curricular training of the theory in relation to practice; 3. practice; 4. setup of network environment for distance education; 5. establishment of files for teacher profession.
