摘要/Abstract
摘要：
近代以来,国家权力介入乡村社会,教师身份的国家建构与乡土生活产生诸多冲突与矛盾。与此相应,乡村教师的社会功能不断弱化,与乡村生活的心理距离逐渐疏远。在建设社会主义新农村的时代背景下,乡村教师是实现乡村社区和谐发展必须依靠的知识力量,因而,必须重构乡村教师、地方政府和村落社区之间的关系,充分发挥乡村教师之于农村的社会功能和公共责任。
Abstract：
With the advent of the state power into the rural communities, conflicts and contradictions occur. Consequently, the social functions dwindle, and psychological distance becomes remote of the rural teachers. In the context of the construction of the new socialist countryside, the rural teachers are indispensable for the social harmony. It is important to restore the proper functions and social responsibilities of the rural teachers.
