摘要：
河北师范大学顶岗实习支教工程内、涵外延及特点,展现了其全方位提高师范生能力素质的客观效果及其为师范生创造深入社会、了解国情、改造主观世界、重塑世界观和价值观的主观意图。顶岗实习是加强师范生从教技能的关键环节,是培养适应社会需要的应用型人才、推动学生就业的坚实保障,代表了师范院校教师实践培养模式的未来走向。
Abstract：
The in - post teaching practice of Hebei Normal University is intended to provide for undergraduates with panoramic perspectives of getting in touch with the social practice, national circumstances, and subjective restructuring of the values. It is an intensified step to develop the competence, adaptability, competitiveness of the undergraduates.
