摘要/Abstract
摘要：
河北女师是我国最早建立的公立女子师范教育机构, 她按照中国现代大学的文化架构设计和发展, 并保持了学校设置的独立性和办学连续性, 成为我国女子师范教育的文化画卷。河北女师所创造的学校组织文化、制度文化、学科文化、学术文化和革命文化等, 形成有特色的女子师范教育文化架构, 并体现出诸多文化价值。
Abstract：
The women teachers college set up in Hebei is recognized as the earliest educational institution in China, where the cultural frameworks are in accordance with the model of the modern universities. The cultures are of valuable of the school organization, system, curriculum, academia, and revolution.
