A strategic approach to the internet moral misdemeanor of undergraduates
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
互联网为大学生获取知识、了解信息、交流情感提供了便捷, 同时也引发了大学生污染信息、制造和传播计算机病毒等道德失范行为。大学生网络道德失范既与主体的心理特点、网络社会本身的因素有关, 也与制度的因素相连。遏制大学生网络道德失范的对策是:强化网络道德教育, 提高大学生的网上自律意识;加强网络立法, 规范网络行为;健全网络安全体系, 完善网络监督机制;开辟和建立大学生网站, 加强对校园网的管理。
Abstract：
Internet facilitates the accessibility of information acquisition and exchanges. But it also makes it easy of contamination of information, spreading of virus, and moral misdemeanor for the students. This is due to the mental health, extensiveness of internet itself, and the system. Countermeasures are proposed in the paper.
