摘要/Abstract
摘要：
创业首先是一种理念, 一种精神。创业教育在本质上是一种素质教育, 而非简单技能、技巧的传授。高校应该把开发和提高大学生的创业基本素质作为创业教育的核心。教学是实施创业教育、提高学生创业素质的主渠道。当前, 我国高校的创业教学存在课程内容空泛、教育对象精英化、教学模式局限于知识传授型等问题。高校创业教学必须转变创业教学导向、优化教学队伍、构建和完善课程体系、打造实践平台、改革教学方式。
Abstract：
Employment creativity is a conception and spirit, in addition to the quality education, which isfar beyond a simple dissemination of a technique or a skill. It is argued that universities need to develop the employment quality of the undergraduates as key to education, while teaching is a principal channel. The paper discusses the current deficiency and strategies relating the development of the employment quality of the students.
