A historical recollection of the effective teaching and ethnography
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
西方有效教学研究先后经历了有效教师特征或品质研究、有效教师教学行为研究以及有效教学综合性研究等三个阶段, 取得了颇为丰富的研究成果。我国有效教学研究主要始于20世纪90年代之后, 且大多以引鉴国外论著居多。在对已有有效教学研究进行反思批判的基础上, 有必要重点探讨在当代中国社会转型和基础教育改革不断推进的新生存环境中, 我国有效教学本土化研究需要思考的价值取向、知识基础和资源建设三个方面的问题。
Abstract：
The western effective teaching has undergone three stagesof studieson effective teacher feature or quality, teaching behavior, and comprehensive integrity of effective teaching, while Chinese effective teaching is assumed to arise since later of 1990s characteristic of the introduction of foreign theories. The paper surveys the value orientation, basis of knowledge, and construction of resource in relation to effective introduction of the western effective teaching.
