Perspectives of the selection of schools
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
近几年来择校事件导致的各种问题和现象引发了深刻的争论, 赞成论、反对论和折中论者相持不下, 这种争论背后更重要的是探讨择校产生乃至屡禁不止的原因, 主要有三个方面:一是优质教育资源的需求与优质教育资源短缺之间的矛盾;二是教育发展的不均衡;三是社会发展的推动。针对以上原因, 从普及义务教育、加强薄弱学校的建设、落实政府责任和规范收费行为四个方面提出择校政策的意见与建议。
Abstract：
The selection of schools has recently caused disputes through which the selection becomes more severe. A diagnosis reveals three causes: 1. the contradiction of the demand and supply of superior education resources;
-. imbalance of the education development;
3. the drive of the social development. The writer offers four trouble-shooting proposals.
